      All Fête Perfection services begin with a complimentary consultation with one of our experienced planners, scheduled in our new design studio in St. Louis Park just west of Minneapolis, Minnesota, or at a location convenient to you. This initial consultation is our time to get to know each other and for you to share your dreams and desires for your wedding.

We love to see the look you are after. If you have no idea at all, no problem…we have ten years experience pulling together all the elements that will make your wedding day uniquely yours!

         After our consultation a customized proposal will be prepared based on the assistance you need. All our packages include unlimited etiquette advice and email and phone consultations. A sample of our packages and pricing follows:


C’est Magnifique~ Our most popular package provides the best value by offering complete planning assistance from engagement to honeymoon and on your wedding day we will be the last to leave your reception gathering cards and gifts and personal belongings that may have been left behind. C’est Magnifique starts at $3500 and includes:

  • Ceremony and Reception Site Selection

  • Provide Recommendations of Experienced and Reliable Wedding Professionals

  • Décor and Design Development

  • Attend Meetings with Key Wedding Professionals

  • Establish and Monitor your wedding Budget

  • Prepare Deposit and Payment Schedules

  • Establish and Monitor Checklist of Tasks

  • Coordinate and Attend Menu Tastings

  • Review all Vendor Contracts prior to signing

  • Coordinate all vendor details, deliveries, set-up and tear-downs

  • Trouble-shoot the unexpected

  • Develop and distribute a timeline of events for Bridal Party, Family and VIP guests

  • Provide Guest List Management and oversee RSVPs

  • Prepare detailed Reception Site Room Diagram

  • Oversee Rehearsal

  • Oversee Wedding Day including Set-up and Tear-down

  • Set Place Cards and Favors

  • Secure Wedding Gifts and Cards

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities

  • Provide Fête Prevention Kit (for all those little unexpected emergencies)

  • Provide at least 1 Lead Consultant and 1 Assistant depending on the guest count and logistics

Voila~ Because you have meticulously planned every last detail of your wedding but do not want to be the “GO TO” person on your wedding day we offer our Voila package as day of coordination. It has always been our philosophy that neither a Bride, Groom nor their family should be working on the wedding day, so let our Voila Package work instead.

Approximately 30 days before your wedding we will contact your vendors, introduce ourselves as the consultant/coordinator/team member who will answer their questions and oversee set-up, tear-down and delivery of goods or services to your ceremony and reception. We will work with you to develop a timeline of events for the weekend and distribute this timeline to your vendors as well as Bridal Party, Family and VIP Guests. We will assist with the rehearsal and oversee your ceremony and reception. Voila pricing starts at $1750
